SHIPPING
Orders will be sent out Royal Mail. (FREE P&P).
In most cases I make to order so please allow up to one week for delivery and maybe slightly longer at peak times.
Orders will be sent out without cello bags but securely in a padded envelope with minimal packaging to keep as environmentally friendly as possible.
RETURNS
I do not accept returns unless the item you receive is found not to be as described in my listing or has arrived faulty in which case I will send out a replacement. Please get in touch as soon as possible and send a photo.
I have photographed them and listed them as accurate as I can but please allow for differences in computer screens if colours don't quite match.
